Iran movie ‘Kupal’, directed by Kazem Mollaie, has received the Best Film Award from the 5th edition of the Brasov International Film Festival in Canada.
In this edition of the event Iranian film ‘Kupal’ succeeded to receive the Best Film Award because of the nonviolent theme that it develops.
The film narrates the story of Dr. Ahmad Kupal, who is a taxidermist hunter, as he faces a challenge just before the New Year.
The main cast in 'Kupal' is Levon Haftvan and a smart dog named Sharon plays a key role in the movie.
Levon Haftvan, Nazanin Farahani, Pouria Rahimi-Sam, and Hossein Shamsabadi are among the notable cast of the series.
Brasov International Film Festival is the most important and renowned nonviolent film festival in the world.
Brasov International Film Festival, founded by film director Bruno Pischiutta and producer Daria Trifu in 2012, showcases nonviolent films and demonstrates how those movies are not only capable of great international success, but are also in high demand by the public.
The 5th edition of the event is slated for September 14-24, 2017.
